Heh, I wouldn't...

Might turn some people off. I heard of one magician that tattooed a particular card (7 of hearts or something) inside his lip, so he would do this trick where he would carry that card, and he would say, now your card is... and show them the lip...

Have you considered a temporary tattoo and see how that works out. Maybe like one of those butterfly and flower tattoos. :)

I think a hypnotic looking ring would be more than enough...an eye might come across as way too creepy.

I love your idea Mr. Mole! I have ten tattoos, myself, including two skull tattoos, which are geometric/symbolic representations of my karmic connection to PL regression work. On my back I have four tatts all on the theme of death/life/rebirth, which is also an aspect of my link to regression/progression work. They're all really sacred and meaningful to me. I am posting the four back tattoo images on my profile page: two butterflies, a chrysalis, and the skeleton rejoicing is from a 17th Century Italian marble piece that is in a cathedrale in Rome that I visited about three years ago... interesting PL story connected to that one!

I agree with the others who suggested to "try" an image out on your body the exact size and shape and color that you are thinking of doing permanently. It's a big commitment and decision to get a tattoo. When I have an image in mind, I usually draw or copy it to size and color, cut it out with a small scissors, and use rubber cement to put it on my body where I'm thinking of getting the tatt permanently, and where it around for a day or so. I've never regretted doing that; usually it confirms that I love and want the image but several times I got clear that in some way it wasn't right and damn am I glad I found that out before the tattoo gun hit my skin, right!?!?!

Check out my back tattoo photos, whatdya think?

over n out,

Heron
