Hey Jason,

Good to have you here.

You might want to video your shows just for your own purposes, so you can have a vid to show people. Makes you more credible, even if you disallow "unofficial" footage.

Im Ty i got I have also been interested in hypnosis since a very young age. I worked at a scout camp when i was 14 and there was one of the staff members up there that hypnotized my brothers best friend so then i thought i would try the same techniuque. at the end of the summer i hypnotized my friend for maybe a min and half before he came out then i was hooked. I studied hypnosis on and off then i quit for a little while now im back and ready to drop some ppls my youtube account here check my vids out. Peace out

I worked at a Scout camp when I was 14 too! No way! But I didn't get paid, I was a no-good, low and humble, weak and insecure CIT.

Well im Josh and im from Port saint lucie flordia

mostly i do security but i got hooked after watching Derren Brown

so now in my spare time i experiment with different forms of hypnosis and suggestion
So far my greatist achivement in hypnosis was to hypnotize my buddy into a Real life/Hypno~Reality/First person zombie shooter(he said it was better than his Xbox 360)

ive always loved video games and this just seems to scream to me.

Hi all,
One of my instructors at Marilyn Gordon's Center for Hypnotherapy Certification recommended this site. She said everyone was very, very nice!
I'm a Clinical Sexologist who intially took the hypnotherapy course to add to my clinical tools for dealing with sexual issues -- but now I'm really excited about expanding my private practice to deal with other client concerns as well.
But if anyone wants suggestions about how to deal with difficult or unusual sexual issues that your clients may have, please contact me! I'll be happy to offer a few thoughts!

Hi there, I'm Simon.

I'm 37 now and started hypnotising people out of curiosity when I was about 15.
A never ending stream of willing friends as well as a natural aptitude meant that I was pretty competent by the time I got to University where my party routine became a regular Friday night event.
I took a certificate course in clinical hypnotherapy a couple of years ago where I learned the science, the psychology and 12 different inductions and, more importantly, the knowledge that I'd been doing it right for all these years!!!

i recently discovered the eight-word induction which, I'll admit, seemed to go against everything I'd learned and experienced so far, but... boy does it work well!!!

So, in summary, I've over 20 years experience, and hypnotised well over 200 people, but I've not really done anything practical with my skill... Any suggestions? (If you'll pardon the pun...)

My name is Brandon. I'm a a certified Hypnotist (going for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist very soon!).

I am 19 years old, and I own my own website, HypnoticSubliminals.com, where I give information, sell products, and give phone sessions. Spread the word about my site if you can (bookmark, twitter, etc.). Let's do all we can to support one another in our career choices. BTW, if you would like to visit my site, it's still under construction a bit, however there is still some good information for anyone who is interested.

I have always been interested in the mind and how it can affect the body and our life. I think it's absolutely amazing what I have accomplished and what so many other people have accomplished through hypnosis. I just wonder why everyone hasn't found this amazing skill and utilized it for their own well being.

Well I suppose that is all for the time being. Add me as a friend if you would like because I'm here to make friends and get to know others in this community.

What an amazing thing you created here. Major props! I have been blessed big time by this thing we call hypnosis. Beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Well, I've just read everyone's introduction. Very interesting. It appears I've come to the right site to practice NLP. I completed the NLP Practioner Course in June 2008. But in all honesty I didn't really understand the course when it finished. That might be because the other participants in my group were much more dedicated or they're very bright.

Recently I renewed my interest so began to research more. And I've tried to practice some of the NLP language patterns while talking to others. But I must admit I probably need to be quicker on my feet with my response. And in an effort to improve I've joined this site in the hope the participants use their patterns as they write their chat.

By reading other's comments and having time to think how I can reply I'm hoping that ultimately I can use NLP language patterns freely and easily - by habit - during conversation with those around me. And the reason I want to learn (at the moment anyway)is to improve both my listing and sales ratio in real estate.

Hence the NLP. I don't want to hynotise people into listing and buying property. But I do want to improve my persuasive techniques. And today I thought I might try the following next time someone asks about a property: "would you like to be very pleased when you can see the property now or just thankful when you see it this afternoon?. (pause) What would you prefer? To be really pleased or just thankful?" That's to replace the "do you want to look at it now or this afternoon?" type question.

If anyone here thinks it's crap and should be discaded or that it can be improved let me know. And let me know why. I'll appreciate it. I'm from New Zealand by the way.

Greetings! I'm Michelle, a certified hypnotherapist, NLP and PLR practitioner and trained in EFT, Ericksonian and Indirect hypnosis. Also have a great interest in the metaphysical uses of hypnosis. Self-hypnosis was a first interest when very young and my interest has grown with my knowledge. I live in the foothills of San Diego county and joined this community very recently but wish I had much more time to spend here!

Hi! My name is Steffen! I'm 21 years old!

- And I'm from Norway! :)

I've been interested in hypnosis from when my neighbor introduced me to the videos of Derren Brown last year! I'm really interested in getting more knowledge about the area, and to be more confident about it, and also explore what hypnosis can really do to people and help them with their everyday-difficulties! I have always been interested in what the mind can be able to, and I think that there's no real limit to what we can do!

Beside from just hypnosis, I also want to learn as much as I can about NLP! Seeing Derren Brown's videos, you guys know what I mean!;)

Anyways.. I'm also putting out my subjects on my youtube site! Check it out on: http://www.youtube.com/realspz, and also give me a feedback there, it would help a lot!:)
