About Me:
I have been doing self-hypnosis for many year since I was a teenager. About 11 years ago I stumbled over some hypnosis related things on the internet and started my journey to learn hypnosis to help others. With the exception of a hypnosis course here in Spain, I am a self-taught learner. I have been to see hypnotherapists to help me with various things and learn tons from them as well.

My goal is to learn how to incorporate nlp and conversational hypnosis to help students overcome fears or block to learning. I think hypnosis has many practical applications for students at all levels of schooling. I myself used hypnosis to help me taking tests, relaxing while studying, focusing my mind when in a lecture, etc.
